Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit, cubed
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk or whole milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice, as needed
- Fresh dragon fruit or strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the frozen dragon fruit, frozen banana, strawberries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes, until the mixture becomes completely smooth, thick, and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again. If you prefer it colder and thicker, add a handful of ice.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed. Add a little more honey or maple syrup for a sweeter smoothie.
- Pour immediately into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh dragon fruit, sliced strawberries, or a small spoonful of Greek yogurt.
