Golden pizza dough wrapped around layers of savory meats and melted cheese, then baked until perfectly golden and brushed with garlic butter. A delicious crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for dinner, parties, or game day!
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 8 slices deli ham
- 12 slices Genoa salami
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Layer the ham evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges.
- Add the salami and pepperoni over the ham.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seams and ends closed.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Mix the melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning together. Brush half of the mixture over the stromboli.
- Cut a few small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Tips
- Add sautéed bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Substitute provolone cheese for a more authentic Italian-style stromboli.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best results.
