 Strawberry Crackle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Add sugar/honey and vanilla if using. Mix gently.
  4. Stir in strawberries, marshmallows, and pecans.
  5. Mix just until everything is coated (don’t overmix so strawberries don’t break down).
  6. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.

 Optional add-ins:

  • Crushed pineapple for extra juiciness
  • Graham cracker crumbs for a “crunch dessert” vibe
  • Coconut flakes for a tropical twist

It’s basically a creamy fruit salad with a “crackle” from marshmallows and nuts — best served cold and fresh.
