Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken
In a large bowl, mix: olive oil + garlic + salt + pepper + paprika + Italian seasoning.
Add chicken cubes and toss well until fully coated.
Let it marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
2. Assemble skewers
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers evenly, leaving small gaps for even cooking.
3. Cook the skewers
Grill method (best flavor):
- Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes
- Turn occasionally until golden and fully cooked
Pan method:
- Cook on a hot grill pan or skillet
- 10–12 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through
Air fryer method:
- 190°C (375°F)
- Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
4. Add Parmesan magic
Right after cooking (while hot), sprinkle or roll skewers in grated Parmesan cheese so it sticks nicely.
