Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
Here’s a simple and delicious homemade version of a Caesar chicken wrap.
Ingredients (for 2 wraps)
- 2 large tortillas (plain or whole wheat)
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 romaine lettuce heart (chopped)
- 30–40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Salt, black pepper, paprika
Caesar Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 small garlic clove (grated)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Grill the chicken
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook in a pan with a little oil until golden and fully cooked.
2. Make the Caesar sauce
- Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Assemble the wrap
- Spread sauce on the tortilla.
- Add lettuce, grilled chicken, Parmesan, and tomatoes.
- Roll tightly.
4. Optional crispy step
- Toast the wrap in a pan for 2–3 minutes until slightly golden and crispy.
Tip
Add crushed croutons inside for extra crunch, like a real Caesar salad wrap.
