DILL PICKLE SMASH CHICKEN WRAPS
These Dill Pickle Smash Chicken Wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy in the middle, and loaded with cheesy pickle goodness! Perfect for an easy lunch or quick dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 chicken breasts or 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
Optional Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- Splash of pickle juice
Instructions:
- Finely chop or pound the chicken thin if using chicken breasts.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and pickle juice.
- Spread the chicken evenly onto each tortilla in a thin layer.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped dill pickles.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter or oil.
- Place the wrap chicken-side down first and cook for 4–5 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Flip and cook the tortilla side until golden brown and crunchy.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and drizzle inside or serve on the side.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
