High-Protein Mug Cake

 High-Protein Mug Cake (Quick & Fluffy)

 Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 egg (or 1/2 banana for egg-free version)
  • 2 tbsp oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3–4 tbsp milk (any kind: dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional if you want chocolate flavor)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

 Instructions:

  1. In a mug, mix all dry ingredients first (protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt).
  2. Add egg and milk.
  3. Stir well until smooth (no dry lumps).
  4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds (depending on your microwave power).
  5. Let it cool for 1 minute before eating.

 Optional toppings:

  • Peanut butter drizzle
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Greek yogurt spoon on top
  • Banana slices

 Tip:

Don’t overcook it — it can turn dry fast. Stop when the top looks just set but still soft.
