High-Protein Mug Cake (Quick & Fluffy)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 egg (or 1/2 banana for egg-free version)
- 2 tbsp oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3–4 tbsp milk (any kind: dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional if you want chocolate flavor)
- 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a mug, mix all dry ingredients first (protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt).
- Add egg and milk.
- Stir well until smooth (no dry lumps).
- Microwave for 60–90 seconds (depending on your microwave power).
- Let it cool for 1 minute before eating.
Optional toppings:
- Peanut butter drizzle
- Dark chocolate chips
- Greek yogurt spoon on top
- Banana slices
Tip:
Don’t overcook it — it can turn dry fast. Stop when the top looks just set but still soft.
