Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 pickle or 2 tbsp relish, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 avocado, diced

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the tuna well and place it in a large mixing bowl. Flake it gently with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Stir in celery, red onion, pickles, capers, and jalapeño for extra crunch and flavor.
- Fold in the diced avocado carefully so it stays chunky and creamy.
- Add fresh herbs, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
