Creamy Bacon Cheddar Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken into the slow cooker.
- Add the cream cheese and heavy cream over the chicken.
- Cover and cook:
- On LOW for 4–5 hours
or - On HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- On LOW for 4–5 hours
- Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and allow it to melt.
- Top with crispy bacon and fresh parsley before serving.
