Ingredients:

* 1 pound elbow macaroni
* 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
* 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1 cup crispy bacon, chopped
* 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
* 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
* 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons milk
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
