 Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Drain well.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Mix in 1 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until melted and velvety.
  6. Add broccoli to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
  7. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden melted cheese on top.
