Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked through.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add green beans and bell pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm!
