 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet instant pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Fresh berries, crushed cookies, or chocolate chips for topping (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla, and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into dessert cups or bowls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
