 Chicken and Potato Bake

 Ingredients:

  • 2–3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 3–5 small to medium potatoes, diced
  • 1½ cans green beans, drained
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning)
  • 1 stick butter, melted

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180–190°C (350–375°F).
  2. Place the diced potatoes in a baking dish first.
  3. Add the chicken pieces on top of the potatoes.
  4. Add the drained green beans.
  5. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
  6. Pour the melted butter over the entire dish.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 45–60 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked.
  9. (Optional) Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
