Banana Nut Bread (classic, moist & easy)

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (the browner, the better)
- 1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2–1 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter, then sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Fold in flour gently (don’t overmix).
- Add nuts, mix lightly.
- Pour into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
