Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, well drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is fully combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dip, spicy mayo, or your favorite sauce.

Tips

  • Drain the Rotel very well so the mixture isn’t too wet.
  • For extra heat, use Hot Rotel or add diced jalapeños.
  • These freeze perfectly before or after baking.
