Deep Dish Supreme Keto Sheet Pan Pizza
A thick, cheesy keto pizza with crispy edges, gooey mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, and a chewy almond flour crust — all baked in one sheet pan!
Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
For the Toppings
- 1 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–25 pepperoni slices
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup cooked sausage or ground beef (optional)
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan or baking tray with parchment paper. - Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. - Melt the Cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway, until melted and smooth. - Combine
Add melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to knead it with your hands. - Shape the Crust
Press the dough evenly into the prepared sheet pan. Poke a few holes with a fork. - Pre-Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. - Add Toppings
Spread sugar-free pizza sauce over the crust. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, peppers, sausage, olives, and Italian seasoning. - Bake Again
Return to the oven for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crispy. - Cool & Slice
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 12 squares.
Tips
- For extra crispy edges, sprinkle shredded cheese around the border before baking.
- Add mushrooms, jalapeños, or bacon for more supreme-style flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
