Cream Cheese Stuffed Sweet Rolls

Ingredients

For the Rolls

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or dinner roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or round pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Flatten each dough piece slightly and place a spoonful of the cream cheese filling in the center.
  4. Pinch the edges closed and roll gently into balls.
  5. Arrange the filled rolls in the prepared pan.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth, then drizzle over warm rolls.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy center!
