Cheesy, Quick & Dangerously Snackable
These bite-sized ham bombs are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and ridiculously easy to make. Perfect for low-carb snacking, quick appetizers, or even a fun party treat!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Yield: About 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 12 slices deli ham (thin to medium thickness)
- 12 small cubes mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the ham: Lay out each slice of ham flat.
- Add cheese: Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each slice.
- Roll them up: Wrap the ham tightly around the cheese to form a ball.
- Coat with cheddar: Roll each ham bomb in shredded cheddar, pressing lightly so it sticks.
- Bake: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
- Serve hot: Let cool slightly before serving—the inside will be very melty!
Tips:
- Add a pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Use turkey slices instead of ham if you prefer.
- Great with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy mayo (optional for low-carb diets).
