LOBSTER & CRAB BUTTER BOMBS
Crispy, Buttery Seafood Bites
Crispy on the outside, rich and buttery seafood goodness on the inside—pure indulgence!

INGREDIENTS
Seafood & Base
- 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat (chopped)
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
Creamy Mixture
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Seasoning & Flavor
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Binding & Coating
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 1 egg (beaten)
For Frying & Garnish
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine lobster, crab, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Add Texture
Stir in breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together well.
Shape the Bombs
Form into small balls (about golf-ball size).
Coat Them
Dip each ball in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat the Oil
Warm oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry Until Golden
Fry the balls for 3–4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Drain
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped chives and serve warm

Chill the balls for 20 minutes before frying—they’ll hold their shape perfectly and won’t fall apart!
