- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups béchamel sauce or cheese sauce (optional but recommended)
Optional Toppings
- Pickles, chopped (for burger flavor twist)

Instructions
1. Prepare the meat
Heat olive oil in a large pan.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for 2–3 more minutes, then remove from heat.
2. Prepare bacon
Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
3. Assemble the lasagna
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a baking dish, layer in this order:
- Thin layer of sauce (béchamel or meat juices)
- Lasagna noodles
- Meat mixture
- Bacon
- Cheddar + mozzarella cheese
Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
4. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5. Rest & serve
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing so it holds its shape.
