Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

For the dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)

For the topping:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    In a pan, cook ground beef + onion until browned.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
    Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the dough
    Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  3. Fill them
    Add a spoon of beef + some cheese in the center.
  4. Seal into balls
    Fold the dough over and pinch tightly to seal.
  5. Make garlic butter
    Mix melted butter + garlic.
  6. Brush & top
    Brush each ball with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake
    Bake at 180–190°C (375°F) for about 15–20 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve hot 
    Let them cool slightly… then try not to eat the whole tray

 Pro Tips

  • Add pickles or burger sauce inside for extra flavor
  • Don’t overfill or they might open while baking
  • Perfect with ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo
