Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
For the dough:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the beef
In a pan, cook ground beef + onion until browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly. - Prepare the dough
Flatten each biscuit into a small circle. - Fill them
Add a spoon of beef + some cheese in the center. - Seal into balls
Fold the dough over and pinch tightly to seal. - Make garlic butter
Mix melted butter + garlic. - Brush & top
Brush each ball with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top. - Bake
Bake at 180–190°C (375°F) for about 15–20 minutes until golden. - Serve hot
Let them cool slightly… then try not to eat the whole tray
Pro Tips
- Add pickles or burger sauce inside for extra flavor
- Don’t overfill or they might open while baking
- Perfect with ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo
