BBQ Alfredo Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Optional: chopped parsley or bacon bits
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
- Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a little paprika (optional).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully done.
- Slice or shred it, then mix with BBQ sauce.
3. Make Alfredo sauce
- In a large pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Combine everything
- Add cooked spaghetti to the Alfredo sauce.
- Mix in the BBQ chicken.
- Toss everything well until coated.
5. Serve
- Garnish with parsley, extra cheese, or bacon if you like.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
