Easy One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Crispy, cheesy, and ready in about 30 minutes!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb penne or rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 24 oz marinara sauce (your favorite)
  • 2 cups chicken broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until golden and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. Add pasta and sauce
In the same pot, add the uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Simmer
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  4. Combine everything
Return the cooked chicken to the pot and mix well.
  5. Add cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover for a few minutes until melted and gooey.
  6. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil if you like. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tip: For extra crispiness, you can broil the pasta for 2–3 minutes after adding the cheese.
