Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake
Spicy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. - Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. - Prepare the dough
Roll out the pizza dough and place it into the baking dish, pressing it to cover the bottom and slightly up the sides. - Assemble
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top. - Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve
Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and enjoy!
Tip: Drizzle extra ranch or buffalo sauce on top before serving for even more flavor.
