Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake

Spicy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing!

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the filling
    In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the dough
    Roll out the pizza dough and place it into the baking dish, pressing it to cover the bottom and slightly up the sides.
  4. Assemble
    Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
    Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve
    Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and enjoy!

Tip: Drizzle extra ranch or buffalo sauce on top before serving for even more flavor.
