 Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa

 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 Instructions

1. Prepare the sauce

In a bowl, mix together:

  • brown sugar
  • ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder

Stir until smooth and well combined.

2. Add everything to slow cooker

  • Place sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker
  • Pour the sauce over the sausage
  • Stir gently to coat all pieces evenly

3. Cook

  • LOW: 4–5 hours
    or
  • HIGH: 2–3 hours

Stir once or twice during cooking if possible for even coating.

4. Finish & serve

  • Once thick, sticky, and caramelized, it’s ready
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish

  • Over rice or mashed potatoes
  • In sliders or sandwich rolls
