Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa
Ingredients
- 2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix together:
- brown sugar
- ketchup
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder
Stir until smooth and well combined.
2. Add everything to slow cooker
- Place sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker
- Pour the sauce over the sausage
- Stir gently to coat all pieces evenly
3. Cook
- LOW: 4–5 hours
or - HIGH: 2–3 hours
Stir once or twice during cooking if possible for even coating.
4. Finish & serve
- Once thick, sticky, and caramelized, it’s ready
- Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish
