 Ingredients

 For the Fathead Dough:

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 extra beaten egg (for egg wash)

 For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free)
  • Salt, black pepper, and a pinch of paprika

 Instructions

 Step 1: Make the Fathead Dough

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together.
Heat in short intervals (30 seconds), stirring until smooth and stretchy.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and 1 egg.
Mix until it forms a soft dough ball. Set aside.

 Step 2: Prepare the Beef Filling

In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat.
Add diced onion and garlic, and cook until soft and fragrant.

Drain excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Let the mixture cool slightly before assembling.

 Step 3: Assemble the Pastries

Divide the dough into 4–6 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a circle.

Add a spoonful of beef filling in the center.
Fold the dough over and seal tightly.
