Chicken and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 2–3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3–5 small to medium potatoes, diced
- 1½ cans green beans, drained
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning)
- 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180–190°C (350–375°F).
- Place the diced potatoes in a baking dish first.
- Add the chicken pieces on top of the potatoes.
- Add the drained green beans.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
- Pour the melted butter over the entire dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked.
- (Optional) Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
