Ingredients
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, well drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until everything is fully combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with ranch dip, spicy mayo, or your favorite sauce.
Tips
- Drain the Rotel very well so the mixture isn’t too wet.
- For extra heat, use Hot Rotel or add diced jalapeños.
- These freeze perfectly before or after baking.
