Cream Cheese Stuffed Sweet Rolls
Ingredients
For the Rolls
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or dinner roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
For the Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or round pan.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Flatten each dough piece slightly and place a spoonful of the cream cheese filling in the center.
- Pinch the edges closed and roll gently into balls.
- Arrange the filled rolls in the prepared pan.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth, then drizzle over warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy the creamy center!
