Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (or ~1 cup) lump crab meat, drained
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix the base
- In a bowl, combine:
cream cheese + mayonnaise + sour cream - Mix until smooth and creamy
- In a bowl, combine:
- Add flavor
- Stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Add crab & cheese
- Fold in crab meat, cheddar, and half of the Parmesan
- Transfer to dish
- Spread into a small baking dish
- Top with remaining Parmesan
- Bake
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly
- Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for a golden top

Tips
- Add a dash of hot sauce for spice
- Use mozzarella for extra stretchiness
