Garlic Butter Meatballs with Creamy Parmesan

 Ingredients

 Meatballs

  • 1 lb (500g) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🧄 Butter Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

 Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Instructions

1. Make the meatballs

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
  • Form into small balls

2. Cook the meatballs

  • Heat a pan over medium heat
  • Cook meatballs until browned on all sides and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes)
  • Remove and set aside

3. Garlic butter

  • In the same pan, melt butter
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant

4. Make creamy sauce

  • Pour in heavy cream and stir
  • Add Parmesan cheese and seasoning
  • Let simmer until slightly thick

5. Combine

  • Return meatballs to the pan
  • Coat them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce
  • Simmer for 3–5 minutes

 Serving Ideas

  • Over pasta
  • With mashed potatoes
  • With rice or crusty bread

 Tips

  • Use a mix of beef + lamb for richer flavor
  • Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce
  • Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving
