Garlic Butter Meatballs with Creamy Parmesan
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb (500g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🧄 Butter Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Make the meatballs
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Form into small balls
2. Cook the meatballs
- Heat a pan over medium heat
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes)
- Remove and set aside
3. Garlic butter
- In the same pan, melt butter
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant
4. Make creamy sauce
- Pour in heavy cream and stir
- Add Parmesan cheese and seasoning
- Let simmer until slightly thick
5. Combine
- Return meatballs to the pan
- Coat them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes

- Use a mix of beef + lamb for richer flavor
- Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce
