Creamy Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Make the creamy filling
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined. - Add the mix-ins
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and red bell pepper (if using). Mix until evenly distributed. - Assemble the roll-ups
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of the filling over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. - Roll tightly
Roll the tortilla up tightly into a log shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas. - Chill (important step)
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours. This helps them firm up and makes slicing easier. - Slice and serve
Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
