Juicy grapes, sweet strawberries, tropical pineapple, and ripe bananas are tossed in a smooth vanilla Greek yogurt dressing for a refreshing side dish or light dessert. It’s perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, potlucks, holidays, and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and grapes thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut the strawberries in half and slice the grapes in half if desired.
- Add the strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, pineapple chunks, and sliced bananas to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipped cream, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the prepared fruit.
- Using a large spoon or spatula, gently fold everything together until the fruit is evenly coated. Be careful not to mash the bananas or strawberries.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving. This gives the flavors time to blend while keeping the salad chilled.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a few fresh strawberry halves before serving.
Tips
For the best texture, add the bananas shortly before serving. You can also prepare the creamy dressing in advance and keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to assemble the salad.
Serve chilled for a refreshing, creamy, and naturally sweet fruit salad that everyone will love.
