3-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
My mother-in-law Susan makes these 3-ingredient lifesavers for every school bake sale. I finally got her secret, and the whole pan disappears almost instantly!
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and completely melted.
- Stir in the crushed graham crackers until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
- Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
Tip: For an extra chocolatey finish, drizzle a little melted chocolate over the top before chilling.
These are quick, crunchy, chocolatey, and perfect for bake sales, parties, or an easy no-bake treat!
