 Spaghetti Tacos

Two family favorites come together in one fun meal with seasoned ground beef, tender spaghetti, and taco-inspired flavors everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 taco shells
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the water, taco seasoning, and salsa to the beef. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
