 Shrimp & Broccoli — Juicy Shrimp, Crisp Broccoli & Savory Garlic Sauce for a Quick Weeknight Dinner!

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 3 cups broccoli florets
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
• 1 tbsp soy-style sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster-style sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Sesame seeds, optional for garnish
• Green onions, sliced, optional for garnish

𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the broccoli with a small splash of water.

Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until bright green and tender-crisp.

Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet.

Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy-style sauce, oyster-style sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the shrimp.

Return the broccoli to the skillet.

Toss everything together until coated in the sauce and warmed through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
