Homemade Honey Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat with a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the honey, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Continue beating for another 2–3 minutes until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best spreadable texture.
