- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
- 4 large pita breads or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup pickled cucumbers
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

- Warm the pita bread or tortillas for about 30 seconds.
- Spread a generous layer of garlic sauce over each wrap.
- Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, pickles, and the hot beef.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with extra garlic sauce if desired.
- Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
