Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough round.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pull the dough edges up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
