Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Pork Chops

- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Place the sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the pork chops over the onions.
- In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over the pork chops.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
