Cheesy Lobster Garlic Bread Boats

Ingredients :
2 French bread loaves, halved lengthwise
1½ lbs lobster meat, chopped
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
-Garlic Butter Topping
2 tbsp melted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
-Optional:
Extra mozzarella, crispy bacon bits, or a drizzle of garlic butter
Instructions :
Slice the French bread loaves in half lengthwise and lightly hollow out the centers.
Brush the bread with garlic butter and toast until lightly crisp.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the lobster meat and cook briefly until coated in the buttery garlic mixture.
Mix in the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
Add the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook until the cheese melts into a rich, creamy lobster filling.
Spoon the cheesy lobster mixture generously into the toasted bread boats.
Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake until the cheese is bubbling and beautifully golden around the edges.
Brush with the garlic butter topping and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Slice into portions and serve while the cheesy lobster filling is irresistibly gooey.
