Ingredients

  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto one half of each rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
  6. Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
