A thick, creamy, high-protein version of a classic chocolate frosty that’s perfect as a healthy dessert or post-workout treat. Frozen banana and chocolate protein powder create a rich, milkshake-like texture without all the added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, protein powder, almond milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. If needed, add a splash more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
