A thick, creamy, high-protein version of a classic chocolate frosty that’s perfect as a healthy dessert or post-workout treat. Frozen banana and chocolate protein powder create a rich, milkshake-like texture without all the added sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, protein powder, almond milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- If needed, add a splash more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
