Zero Carb Bread in a Mug

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Grease a microwave-safe mug or ramekin lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- In the mug, whisk together the egg and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until no lumps remain.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave power.
- Let the bread cool for 1 minute, then run a knife around the edges and remove from the mug.
