Easy Blueberry Biscuit Danishes
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- Blueberry pie filling
- Confectioners’ sugar
- 2–3 teaspoons milk (for the glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuits and place them on the baking sheet. Press the center of each biscuit down gently with your fingers or the back of a spoon to create a small well.
- Spoon a little blueberry pie filling into the center of each biscuit.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the danishes cool slightly, make the glaze by mixing confectioners’ sugar with milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm danishes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
