Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper or a clean towel.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each lasagna noodle, then roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
