Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper or a clean towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each lasagna noodle, then roll them up tightly.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
