Air Fryer Chicken Wings

These crispy air fryer chicken wings are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly tender inside with an irresistibly crispy skin — all without deep frying! They’re quick, easy, and perfect for game nights, parties, or an easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp baking powder (for extra crispy wings)

Optional Sauce

  • Buffalo sauce
  • BBQ sauce
  • Honey garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Place wings in a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the wings.
  7. Cook another 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Toss with your favorite sauce or serve as-is.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket — cook in batches if needed.
  • For extra crispy wings, spray lightly with cooking oil halfway through cooking.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
