 Potato Wedges with Sausage and Onion in the Air Fryer

An easy, budget-friendly, and delicious recipe, perfect for a quick lunch or a no-fuss dinner. The potatoes get golden brown, the sausage juicy, and the onion caramelized. All in one basket!

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

3 medium potatoes
3–4 sausages
½ large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Optional: dried oregano or chili flakes

Preparation

Wash and cut the potatoes into medium-sized wedges or cubes.
Slice the sausages and slice the onion.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sausages, and onion.
Add the olive oil, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure everything is seasoned.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.

Tip for extra flavor

At the end, you can add shredded cheese and cook for 2 more minutes until melted. It’s also delicious with a little mustard or hot sauce when serving.

Serving suggestion

Serve with ketchup, ranch dressing, or a fresh salad.
