 CHEESESTEAK-STUFFED GARLIC BREAD

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

For the filling:
• 1 lb thinly sliced steak
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

For the bread:
• 1 loaf Italian bread
• 4 tbsp butter, softened
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook steak, onion, and bell pepper until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Slice the bread lengthwise and gently hollow out some of the center if needed.

Mix softened butter with minced garlic and spread over the inside of the bread.

Fill the bread with the steak mixture and top evenly with cheese.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bread becomes warm and lightly crisp.

Sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve.
